Home Visits
We’ll visit your house at a time convenient to you and,
typically, solve whatever problem you have in one or two
hours. If your computer has a virus or needs a rebuild
we may need to take it away. However we will give you a
fixed price quote and usually return it within two
working days.
We charge £30 an hour, plus a £10 call out fee outside
of Sonning Common.
Drop Off and Collect
You might prefer to drop off your PC or laptop any time
between 8:30 am and 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
You will save our call out charge! We are just around
the corner in Sonning Common. Please phone first though.
We don’t need the mouse, monitor, keyboard or cables –
just the system box. Click here for map and directions.
Your PC should be ready for collection within two
working days unless we have had to order spare parts.
